CASC’s 16th Annual Conference is expected to welcome over 130 delegates from across our country. This three-day conference, hosted by the Exploration Place Museum and Science Centre, features pre and post -conference activities, engaging learning sessions, keynote speakers, and events that include a welcome reception, a tradeshow and our National CASCADE Awards Gala.

This year's CASC conference theme is LHULH’UTS’UT’EN, a Lheidli T’enneh word meaning "Working Together".
The Exploration Place Museum and Science Centre is the designated repository for the Lheidli T’enneh Nation and the history of the people is also an important part of the City of Prince George.
The goals of the conference are to inspire, to build capacity and to foster collaboration.
Self-proclaimed ‘Indigeneer’, Deanna Burgart dedicates her career to combining Engineering principles and commitments with an Indigenous respect for Mother Earth, to find solutions to today's challenges. She focuses on the power of integrating Indigenous worldviews, to assist both industry wants and the public needs. Deanna is a highly sought after expert in uniting diverse communities, through understanding each other and identifying common goals.
