Membership Benefits
Become a member of the principal organization for informal science learning in Canada!
We are actively seeking new members!
Full members of the CASC are organizations devoted, at least in part, to the public understanding and appreciation of science and technology and are incorporated as non-profit organizations or similar institutions administered by government or municipal authority, located in Canada and open to the public on a regular schedule.

- Representation at the federal level on issues of funding and science awareness and literacy.
Affiliate members are other organizations that that agree with and have a strong interest in the objectives of the CASC. They may include, but are not limited to, exhibit designers and fabricators, gift shop suppliers and research consultants.

Developing Members are organizations that will meet the criteria for Full Membership but are not yet serving the public. They enjoy the same benefits as Full members. Fees: The fee for each developing member will be assessed consistent with the organization's anticipated first year operating budget, and subject to review by CASC Board of Directors
Foreign members are organizations with a focus on science and technology education that will meet the criteria for Full Membership and are located outside of Canada. They enjoy the same benefits as affiliate members.

Honourary Members are individuals who merit special recognition by the CASC. This is a lifetime membership.

Developing Membership Fees
The fee for each developing member will be assessed consistent with the organization's anticipated first year operating budget, and subject to review by CASC Board of Directors.
Foreign membership fees are $210 annually.
