Membership notes:
- Membership year is January 1 - December 31.
- ½ year prorating available for new memberships.
- Board of Directors must approve new members.
- Taxes will be applied as required.
- 2% service fee for payment by credit card.
- Payment by cheque also accepted.
FULL, DEVELOPING OR FOREIGN MEMBERS:
1. Download, complete, and fax/scan to email this form to the CASC - Form (PDF)
2. Once we receive your form, we will create an invoice and contact you to process your payment.
3. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note this on your form and we will include a Paypal link for you to use.
AFFILIATES: PAYING/RENEWING ONLINE:
- New members: 1. Download, complete, and fax/scan to email this form to the CASC - Form (PDF). 2. Then choose your category carefully from the list below, click on the link and follow the instructions to pay using paypal. You may also pay by cheque. Contact the CASC for details.
- Renewing members paying by credit card : please choose your category below and click to pay using paypal. Please indicate your invoice number in the 'instructions to merchant.'
