CASC is a national platform for Canada’s Science Centres and informal science engagement. Science Centres have relevance to all sectors of the population and have become important meeting places for science and society. Research shows that science centres demystify science, conveying its beauty, showing its necessity and making it accessible to the general public.  Free-choice science learning is the hallmark of the science centre offering.

The CASC office is situated in Robinson Huron Treaty territory and the land on which we learn and live is the traditional territory of the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek. We strive for reconciliation by working to transform existing relationships to emphasize open dialogue, mutual understanding and respectful collaborations.
