Join us for an information session with Canadian Heritage representatives to learn about The Digital Citizen Contribution Program.
The Digital Citizen Contribution Program is pleased to announce another call for proposals for projects aiming to counter disinformation relating to COVID-19.
This call aims to amplify the current efforts of organizations supporting citizens to think critically about the health information they find online, to identify mis- and disinformation, and limit the impact of racist and/or misleading social media posts relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The funding will provide time-limited financial assistance of up to $40,000 per project. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2020.

Le programme de contributions en matière de citoyenneté numérique a le plaisir d'annoncer un second appel à propositions pour des projets visant à lutter contre la désinformation liée à la COVID-19.
Cet appel a pour objectif d’amplifier les efforts actuels d’organismes qui aident les citoyens à réfléchir de manière critique aux informations sur la santé qu'ils trouvent en ligne, à identifier la més- et la désinformation et à limiter l'impact des publications racistes et / ou trompeuses sur les médias sociaux liées à la COVID-19.
Ce financement fournira une aide financière limitée dans le temps pouvant atteindre 40 000 $ par projet. La date limite pour présenter une demande de financement est le 31 juillet 2020.
