The CASC 2023 Annual Conference Trade Show provides incredible opportunities for exhibitors to introduce and advance their products and services, build their brand and network with conference attendees. Exhibitor Fees:

CASC Members: $1500

Non Members: $2000

Trade Show Booth Includes: Your company name on the CASC 2020 Conference Website • Inclusion in CASC Conference communications (social media and newsletter) • Listing in the Conference Digital Program • 6’ Black skirted table, two chairs and black draped backdrop • Access to electricity and Wi-Fi • Personalized name badge for booth personnel • Overnight security • Food and beverage on-site for one (1) booth staff for the entire conference. One (1) additional exhibitor staff registrations can be purchased. Please note that our booths are 8' x 8' with a 12' (high) black panel as a backdrop.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our participants are a top priority. Please note the following recommendations:

Please stay home if you or anyone in your household is symptomatic of a respiratory infection.
While wearing masks in public spaces is no longer mandated, masks are highly encouraged and will be provided along with hand sanitizer.
We encourage participants to be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines and boosters for optimal protection.

CASC Conference Refund Policy: If you’re unable to attend the CASC 2023 conference, we encourage you to transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to transfer your registration and require a refund, the deadline for a full refund (less an administration fee of $50) is May 1, 2023. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2023.
